LAWRENCEVILLE - The Gwinnett Braves have secured the Wild Card spot in the 2009 Governors’ Cup playoffs. Despite a 10-1 loss to Charlotte on Saturday, the team earned their postseason berth following a Syracuse 8-2 loss in Pawtucket. The Durham Bulls clinched the South Division title with the G-Braves’ loss, the Scranton/WB Yankees will represent the North Division and the Louisville Bats won the West Division title.
