Two injured in Habersham crash

CORNELIA – Two people were hospitalized after a head-on collision on Thursday morning in Cornelia.

The State Patrol says Richard Miller, 44, Cornelia, was traveling northbound on Pea Ridge Road when he lost control of his vehicle, ran off the roadway, then over-corrected, striking another vehicle driven by 32-year-old Ronald Haynes, Jr. of Covington.

Both men were transported via ambulance to Habersham Medical Center. The injuries are described as non-life-threatening.
