Tennis: North Hall takes win over Johnson

The North Hall boys tennis team defeated Johnson 3-2 on Tuesday night.

Johnson won the No. 1 singles match with William Anthony defeating Eli LoCicero 6-3, 6-1. Johnson also took the No. 2 singles match, which saw Scott Allan defeat Clayton Nedza, 6-1, 7-5. North Hall started their comeback with the No. 3 singles match. Trojan Mitch McCray defeated Stephen Hester 6-3, 1-6, 7-6.

North hall swept the doubles matches. Michael Franze and Charlie Hortenstine defeated Paul Neese and Rory Collins 6-3, 6-2 for the No. 1 match win. Scott Swanson and Will Bennet took the win over Carlos Flores and Carey Tanner 7-6, 4-7, 7-5 to give North Hall the win.

North Hall( 7-6, 6-2 7A-AAA) travels to Pickens Wednesday.
