By B.J. Williams Editor
BRUNSWICK - Former Gainesville School Superintendent Steve Ballowe has been hired by the Glynn County Board of Education in coastal Georgia.
Ballowe, who was fired last month by the Gainesville school board, will be the executive director of school improvement for Glynn County, a position that will likely end after one year.
According to the Brunswick News, Ballowe will be working for Michael Bull, who served as Ballowe's assistant before moving in 2005 to be superintendent of the Glynn County system.
In addition, Michael Kemp, the one-time principal at Gainesville High, is now working for Glynn County Schools.
