Mr. John L. Nunn, age 68, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2013 from the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. James Weaver will officiate. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2013 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Nunn was born May 26, 1944 to the late John A. & Adell Nunn in Swainsboro, served in the Army and was a retired contractor. John was also preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Henry Nunn.

Survivors include: son & daughter-in-law, Johnny L. & Charlene Nunn, Jr. of Winder; sister & brother-in-law, Liz & Phillip Parker of Oakwood; sister Dianne Boatwright of Oakwood; and grandchildren, Rylee Nunn, Nikolas Nunn & Alexis Hardin.
