Charles Monroe Page, age 74 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Tommy Ross, Reverend Mike Gaines and Reverend Michael Green will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 14, 2013 and Friday, February 15, 2013 from 6 9 pm and Saturday, February 16, 2013 until funeral hour.

Mr. Page was born June 5, 1938 in Forsyth, Georgia to the late Henry Grady Page and Marie Jane Kent Page. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired from Marrell Poultry as a USDA Inspector. Charles was of the Baptist Faith and was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bobby Page.

Mr. Page is survived by his daughters & sons-in-laws, Pamela Jean & Robert Drumm of Gainesville, Tabitha Louise & Chris Ellerbee and Christina Maria & Eric Munoz, all of Gainesville, sons, Phillip Wade Page and Charles Monroe Page, II, both of Gainesville, grandchildren, Christopher Eugene Rider, Crystal Jean LaBorde, Jesica Ashley Page, Shelly Ann Drumm, Ashly Renee Drumm, Justin Andrew Lancaster, Kayla Alexandria Lancaster, Taylor Storm Minor, Darleen Louise Ellerbee and great-grandchildren, Hailey Sierra Thompson, Marley Braelyn Gee and Andrew Landen LaBorde.
