Mr. Paul Edison Payne, Jr., age 61, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013.

He is survived by his children, Michael and Cindy Payne, Loganville, GA, Brenda and Scott Gittemeier, Wentzville, MO, Pamela Payne, Sugar Hill, GA and Amanda Anderson, Lawrenceville, GA; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Richardson, Patricia Payne and Annette Crowell; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with eulogy given by the family.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
