Jack Lawson, age 78 of Gainesville, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at New Horizons West Nursing Home following an extended illness.


No services are scheduled at this time.


Mr. Lawson was born January 20, 1934 in Jasper, Alabama to the late Olen Lawson and Cassie Mae Mote Lawson. He was a retired Plumber and a member of Rejoice Baptist Church. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ruby Lawson.
