Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. George Dilmos “Pug” O’Kelley Jr., age 53, of Maysville, GA, who passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012.

Mr. O’Kelley was born in Gainesville, GA, a son to the late George Dilmos O’Kelly Sr., and Mrs. Ramona Nelms Sanford of Dallas, GA. Mr. O’Kelley was self-employed as a small engine repairman and a member of the Maysville Baptist Church. Mr. O’Kelley was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela O’Kelley.

Survivors include his best friend – Barbara Minish, Maysville, Mother and Stepfather, Ramona and C.J. Sanford, Dallas, GA, Stepmother, Hilda O’Kelley, Maysville, daughter, Michelle O’Kelley, Cedartown, sisters, Luci Ariail, Maysville, Lee O’Kelley, Gainesville, stepsisters, Chris Skelton and Christy Pierce, both of Gainesville, Paula Breazeale, Dallas, GA, brothers, Terry O’Kelley, Homer, Joey O’Kelley, Commerce, Jonathan O’Kelley, Jefferson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Maysville Baptist Church Refuge with Rev. David Sharpton officiating.
