Inpection Notes
Foods such as ham, cheese, steak, batter in reach in cooler with temps 53-60 deg-foods had been in cooler less than 30 minutes and were moved to walk in cooler-potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 41 deg or below Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Reach in cooler next to grill on walls with water dripping from top and not maintaining internal temp of 41 deg or below-service was called New Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
