Remarks This is a change of ownership. CFSM is already on staff to satisfy this requirement. Hall County enviromental Health offers a basic food safety course free to employees within 90 (ninety) days of permitting.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
