Inpection Notes
Remarks Thank you! All cold holding and cooling issues from previous inspection have been corrected. Brenau University has contracted with Georgia Mountains Center for the use of the kitchen facilities while Brenau renovates the main campus kitchen. Dates of proposed use are June 25 to July 27, 2012.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
