Remarks *Kitchen flow for silverware rolling and dishwashing area changed. All modifications appear to be beneficial to good flow and meets GA Rules and Regulations for Food Service. * Lowboy coolers not used until time for service. *Permit and CFSM now in frame 15 ft to front entrance to the left. Thank you for all improvements! Great Job!

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
