No soap at one handsink--keep soap at all sinks at all times New Violation.
Many foods in storage not covered-keep all foods in storage covered to prevent contamination New Violation.
Interior of microwave with food splatters, debris--clean all interior surfaces to prevent dripping onto food reheated Repeat Violation.
No datemarking system in evidence--all food opened/prepped inhouse must be labeled for seven days, including open/prep date Repeat Violation.
Approximately ten pounds of beef in standing water in a bus pan at 52F to 58F--use only approved thawing methods--disposed of beef Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
No hair restraint at beginning of inspection--must wear hair restraint when handling food--put on hats Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
Soy sauce buckets and other plastic containers that held food being reused for food storage--dispose of all single use containers that held food--replace with food grade containers Repeat Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
