Interior of microwaves need cleaning of food splatters, etc., to prevent dripping onto food and food contact surfaces New Violation.
Mold/mildew on soda gun--wash/rinse/sanitize daily to prevent growth of mold/mildew Repeat Violation.
Cardboard dumpster missing plug--replace to prevent insect/rodent entrance Repeat Violation.
Both dumpsters open--keep closed at all times to prevnet insect/rodent attraction New Violation.
The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
