Mold/mildew in icemaker--disassemble icemaker and clean/sanitize all interior surfaces New Violation.
Microwave interior surfaces have food splatters, etc.--clean often enough to prevent dripping onto food being heated New Violation.
Gaskets on one makeline damaged--replace to provide smooth, durable, easily cleanable surfaces New Violation.
Equipment, etc., piled in back area--clean up this area, dispose of unused equipment, etc., to provide an area that is easily maintained New Violation.
The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
