Inpection Notes
Foods stored uncovered in walk in cooler and reach in coolers-store all foods covered to protect from possible contamination New Violation. Ice scoop laying on top of ice machine-store scoop in a clean container or in ice with handle extended up New Violation. Leak from pipe in walk in freezer, gaskets on 2 door reach in cooler and prep cooler torn-repair leak and replace gaskets-metal flashing around top of drainboards at dishmachine wiht gaps-either remove entire flashing or seal to close gaps and cut off insides of oven at grill with heavy grease accumulation and evaporator fans in walk in cooler dusty-outside of food processor dirty-clean all areas and keep all equipment clean on outsides as well Repeat Violation. Floors with debris underneath equipment and at floor/wall junctures-clean floors all the way and pull equipment out on a regular basis to clean underneath New Violation.
