Handsink full of dishes that had been cleaned-sink blocked-keep handsinks free of items at all times-sink must only be used for handwashing only and stay unblocked-cos items removed from sink Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Food handlers not wearing hair restriants-a proper hair restraint must be worn when working with foods-cos hat put on Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Dishes being rinsed and stacked in vegtable sink-this sink is for vegtable washing only-all vegtable washing must take place in this sink-cos dishes removed from sink Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
