Inpection Notes
Small cooler not keeping food items at 41 F or below. Sour cream and cheese temped at 60 F and chile relleno temped at 58F. Sour cream and cheese placed in working cooler with ice bath and chile relleno voluntarily discarded because it was in cooler overnight. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
