Inpection Notes
Grill untensils being stored in container of sanitizer between uses. In use utensils can be stored in the product or on a clean and sanitized surface (that is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours)or in a container of water if the water is maintained at 135 degrees and changed frequently. COS: Discussed and changed. COS: Discussed and changed. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Reach-in cooler in Tiki Hut with large accumulation of water inside bottom. This water is non-potable and should not be allowed to contact food. Check to see if unit is level to allow for drainage. Repeat Violation.
