Inpection Notes
Remarks Hot water temperatures verified at handsink and hot water sanitizing dishwasher. Pressures for rinse cycle verified at hot water sanitizing dishwasher. Mop sink hose fixture which is connected to hot water appears to be the issue that resulted in past inconsistencies with hot water availability. A valve is being turned on/off in hot water room to ensure hot water is available consistently. Recommend documenting, posting notice at mop fixture, and repair if possible to ensure this is not a future problem.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
