Remarks This is a change of ownership (management). Rules and regulations for Food Servcie for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food SAfety Manager (CFSM) be on staff within 90 days of permitting - 3 CFSM on staff.
Hall County Environmental Health Dept. offers a basic food safety course for employees to attend free of charge within 3-months of permitting - Aramark has their own employee training program.
Aramark already keeps records for TPHC for salad line and sandwich line potentially hazardous food items. Need written policy to accompany record keeping (pg 67).

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
