Mold/mildew on icemaker interior--wash/rinse/sanitize and inspect for cleanliness before reuse (instructions given) New Violation.
Some gaskets still damaged--repair to provide smooth, durable, easily cleanable surfaces Repeat Violation.
Gaskets have debris, mold/mildew--clean thoroughly often enough to be free of accumulations Repeat Violation.
Floors, walls, ceilings have gaps--seal all gaps to prevent insect/rodent entry Repeat Violation.
The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
