Inpection Notes
Sanitizer (chlorine) solution in cloth bucket registered over 200ppm per test strips. Corrected on site. Sanitizer solution remade from pre-mixed ammonium chloride solution and was within recommended manufacturer's range of 200ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
