Inpection Notes No paper towels available at restroom handsink or at handsink in kitchen. For frequent and required handwashing, some sort of drying procedure/implements must be in place - individual disposable towels, a heated-air hand drying device or continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel - is needed. New Violation.
Offering eggs and hamburgers cooked to order without consumer advisory posted. Must post advisory and mark items on menu that may be offered raw or undercooked. New Violation.
One door reach-in cooler with condensate leaking into bottom. This water is nonpotable and should not be allowed to contact food. Try leveling unit to help drain better. New Violation.
Accumulation of grease under cook line equipment. Clean frequently to prevent accumulation of grease that can be an attraction for insects/rodents. New Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
