Inpection Notes
This is a change of ownership with extensive remodeling to accommodatdonut shop. Rules and Regualtions for Food Service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Fiood Safety Manager (CFSM) be on staff within 90 days of permitting. Manager is already a CFSM. Hall County Environmental Health Department offers a basic food safety course for employees to attend free of charge within 3-months of permitting- schedule given. This course DOES NOT fulfill the CFSM requirement for the State of Georgia.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
