Food handler cutting up baked potatoes that are ready to eat to be used in potato salad with bare hands-all ready to eat foods must be handled with a barrier such as gloves, tongs etc-no bare hand contact is allowed-cos potatoes were thrown away Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
