Inpection Notes Consumer advisory not on menu for items that may be undercooked per customers' request. Menus should be revised to include the advisory and astericking food items as a reminder. New Violation.
Gloves not discarded between different tasks of handling dirty dishes then sanitizing food contact surface with sanitize cloth. Gloves should be removed, hands washed, and a new pair of gloves donned prior to going between different tasks. Corrected on site. Gloves removed, hands washed, and new pair of gloves donned. Gloves are not necessary when handling dirty dishes or sanitizing food contact surfaces; however, proper glove useage should be conducted if using them during these processes. Corrected On-Site. Back double door is not tight fitting and has gap near hinges and at bottom which could allow insect/rodent entry. Window near right corner of grill hood has no tight fitting screen and is not covered. Cover with tight fitting screen. New Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
