Inpection Notes
Frozen foods being left out to thaw on shelf-foods must be thawed either in cooler, under running water at 70 degreees or less or in microwave then cooked immediatly after or as part of the cooking process New Violation. Homestyle fridge in kitchen leaking water from inside-have repaired to prevent water from dripping and do not store foods underneath this non potable water New Violation. Remarks Thankyou for installing FRP on ceiling in dough area and all other correctins. Kitchen looks great.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
