Inpection Notes
Knives and slicer with food debris-plastic lexan container washed,rinsed then hand dried with cloth to be used-pan was not sanitized-keep all utensils clean and all kitchenware/pans must be washed, rinsed and sanitized Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Ceiling with food splatter and ceiling tile over coolers wrong type-walls and floors with debris-floors underneath equipment dirty-clean all ceilings, walls and floors-replace ceiling tile with correct type-floor tiles in walk in cooler pulling apart-have floor resurfaced Repeat Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
