Shelves, evaporator fans in walk in cooer with dust accumulation shelves underneath prep tables with debris-clean all shelves and fans on a regular basis Repeat Violation.
Raw concrete showing underneath grill-floors need cleaning underneath all equipment-hole in wall behind floor mixer area-repair all holes Repeat Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
