Inpection Notes
Food handlers that are cooking foods with bracelets and one food handler without proper hair restraint-only a plain wedding band can be worn and a proper hair restraint must be worn New Violation. Cloths in cloth storage buckets not testing for any amount of sanitizer in solution-cos buckets were remade Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Dishes/kitchenware being stacked wet after cleaning-allow items to air dry before stacking Repeat Violation.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
