Inpection Notes
Septic system absorption fields evaluated and no sewage seen surfacing. Records for regular septic tank and grease trap pumping were not available for review. It is highly recommended that the septic system and aerobic treatment system be regularly maintained to ensure septic system is in working order, as the permit is contigent upon a working, approved septic system (refer to letter dated 2-24-11). Great handwashing and glove useage by the cooking staff!

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
