Food employee drinking out of mug while prepping food. Corrected on site. Drink replaced with a disposable cup with lid and straw and moved from prep area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Sanitizer solution concentration was 0ppm or above manufacturer's recommended amount. Corrected on site. Solution remade to be within recommended amount. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.
