Inpection Notes
15-A Splash guard needs repairing at prep sink so that it goes across whole side of sink & no chips in it. 15-C Top Shelf of 3 door cooler with mold. 17-C Ceiling tiles damaged in restrooms. Floor Tiles damaged throughout kitchen and in ladies restroom. Walls in prep areas with food debris and need to be cleaned.

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.

  • National Certified Professional Food Manager website
  • The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals - 1-800-446-0257 website

The Hall County Environmental Health Department will be offering ServSafe classes on April 5th and 6th, 2006 (2-day attendance). Please call for more information and to register at (770) 531-3973. There is a limit of 40 persons. Future classes will be announced at a later date.
