2-2D hand sink some without soap and some without paper towels 4-2B slicer,can opener, mixer bowel an other utensils with food 12C no sanitizer buckets set up and cloths laying dirty on counters and sinks 15C shelving, floor mixer all need cleaning to remove food residue 17C floors with food/grease accumulation underneath fryer - water pooled in back and restroom 18 very large gap at threshold at back door

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.

  • National Certified Professional Food Manager website
  • The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals - 1-800-446-0257 website
  • Certified Food Protection Professional - 1-800-323-1908 website

The Hall County Environmental Health Department will be offering ServSafe classes on April 5th and 6th, 2006 (2-day attendance). Please call for more information and to register at (770) 531-3973. There is a limit of 40 persons. Future classes will be announced at a later date.
