4-2B Slicer, can openerand other utensils with food debris-mold on baffle of ice machine-clean ice machine and stor all utensils clean 6-1B various foods on hot bar with temps 106-121 all foods were voluntarily thrown away - keep hot held foods at 135 degrees or higher 6-2 no dates on foods 8-1B chemicals stored on shelves with foods and single service items 12A eggs stored on floor in walk in cooler 12C cloths not in sanitizer and water dirty and no sanitizer level detected in bucket in kitchen 14C box of single service cups stored on floor in water which soaked through box 17C walls and floors with debris and need cleaning

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.

The Hall County Environmental Health Department will be offering ServSafe classes on April 5th and 6th, 2006 (2-day attendance). Please call for more information and to register at (770) 531-3973. There is a limit of 40 persons. Future classes will be announced at a later date.
